Yesterday afternoon nearly all ebooks published by Hydra Publications vanished from the Amazon website. We have been using marketing platforms we thought to be legitimate, only to find out one of them was not, leading to fraudulent page reads in August and September, about a third of our total.
This resulted in Amazon suspending our account, temporarily, until we address the marketing issue, which we have done. The books will be available for sale again soon.
We apologize for the disruption to our authors, but most importantly, to our fans. The fault is our own. If you are a self published author, be wary of using anything other than Amazon and Facebook ads should you decide to take part in the Kindle Unlimited world. Amazon has strict rules for a reason. We believed we were following those rules and we were wrong. We thank them for allowing us to continue to provide the best in genre fiction for years to come.
