Hydra Publications best selling author Bill Noel will be at the Paul Sawyer Public Library for a Gathering of Authors at the Woman’s Club of Frankfort, 200 Washington Street this Saturday, August 27, from 10 am until 2 pm. The event is in it’s ninth year and features talented writers who play a key role in service to readers throughout Frankfort and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Bill will be signing all the books from the incredibly popular Folly Beach Mystery series, including Boneyard Beach and Silent Night: A Folly Beach Mystery series.
